How to book a court and what the cancellation rules are

Three ways to book a court:

  1. Online — the "Book a court" button on the site: pick a court, date and time, and see open slots right away.
  2. By phone — the number in the site header; we answer during club hours.
  3. WhatsApp/Telegram — drop us a message and we'll find you a time.

Good to know

  • A booking is for the whole court, not per person: one price whether you play in twos or fours.
  • The minimum slot is 1 hour.
  • Rackets and balls are available on site (rentals are in the "Prices" section).

Cancellations and rescheduling

Plans change — that's fine, but cancellations have official deadlines:

  • A court can be booked no earlier than 7 days before your game.
  • To cancel without charge — at least 24 hours before the start. If you're late or don't show up without warning, the rental is charged in full.
  • Weekends cancel earlier: a Saturday booking — by Thursday, a Sunday booking — by Friday.

To move a booking to another time, use the same channel you booked through. The full set of club rules is in the visiting rules.

Playing regularly

If you play at the same time every week, tell the front desk: we'll reserve a standing slot for you, and you won't have to book from scratch each time.

No one to play with? Check the players' chat — that's where people find partners.

The easiest way is to just try

Book a court or sign up for a first lesson — tennis will take care of the rest.
